We are officially recognised as an association in Togo and in France.

🇫🇷 France

  • Association Loi 1901

    General-interest association

    Statutes filed at the Prefecture, non-profit, non-distributive management. The reference legal form for associations in France since 1901.

  • RNA Number

    W781004639

    National identifier in the National Associations Registry (French Ministry of the Interior). Guarantees the legal and public existence of the association.

    Unique identifier in the INSEE registry. Enables accounting traceability and contracts with public authorities.

  • 66% tax receipt

    Article 200 of the French Tax Code

    Donations from individuals qualify for a 66% income tax deduction (up to 20% of taxable income). For companies: 60% (article 238 bis).

  • International solidarity volunteering (VSI)

    Not offered at present

    VSI is a French status governed by the law of 23 February 2005. Midezon-Togo does not currently offer missions under this status.

🇹🇬 Togo

  • Declaration receipt

    N° 1023/MATDDT-SG-DLPAP-DOCA

    Issued by the Togolese Ministry of Territorial Administration. Authorises a foreign NGO to operate on Togolese soil.

  • Establishment agreement

    Renewal in progress 2026

    Agreement signed with the Togolese Ministry of Planning & Development — specifies authorised areas of intervention and reporting obligations.

    The annual accounts are drawn up by the board and presented at the General Assembly. Activity reports are sent by email, on request from the Transparency page.

Volunteers

Annual membership fee

Membership of Midezon-Togo costs €10 a year. It covers the association’s running costs and gives you a vote at the General Assembly.
