Volunteer fees: what they pay for
Stay fees cover what the association organises for you on site; travel is at your own expense. One price list for everyone, published here.

What your participation covers
- Preparation of your mission, and an accommodation certificate for your visa application
- Pick-up at Lomé airport and transfer to your accommodation, on arrival and departure
- Accommodation in the Midezon House (shared rooms)
- Three meals a day at the mission site, and bottled water
- Support from a mission coordinator and the local team
- Lomé discovery day, welcome and farewell parties
- Someone to take you to hospital if you fall ill
- Mission attestation, issued on request
Not included
- Flights, visa and passport
- Vaccinations and malaria prevention
- Travel and repatriation insurance
- Any medical or hospital costs
- Daily trips (motorbike taxi) and personal transport
- SIM card and data plan
- Excursions and outings (including the volunteer guide’s costs)
- Meals away from the mission site, personal spending and souvenirs

Donation policy
Transparency on tax deductibility and the traceability of receipts. The tax reduction applies to people who pay tax in France; it is not yet possible in Germany.

French income tax, up to 20% of taxable income; any excess carries over for 5 years.

French corporate tax, up to €20,000 or 0.5% of turnover excluding VAT if that amount is higher.
Tax receipt
Sent by email to donors who pay tax in France (Cerfa no. 11580). Monthly donations and sponsorships: one summary receipt per year.

Volunteers
Annual membership fee
Membership of Midezon-Togo costs €10 a year. It covers the association’s running costs and gives you a vote at the General Assembly.
